Austrian access rental company P&A Fuchs has taken delivery of a 13 metre Palfinger P130A pick up mounted platform.
The 3.2 tonne P130A is mounted on a Ford Ranger pick up truck, and provides an outreach of 6.3 metres, and has a maximum platform capacity of 250kg. This machine is the first Palfinger platform for the company which is located in Gralla, near Leibniz in south east Austria.
Chief executive Alois Fuchs said: "We opted for the P130A because it meets our high safety requirements and our customers can use the platform with a B licence. This is particularly important to us, but also the uncomplicated handling of the device was an important factor."
Family run P&A Fuchs began operating in 2007, and runs a small fleet, which includes truck mounts, spiders and trailer lifts.
