UK based sheet piling company Fussey Piling has taken delivery of a 50 tonne Sennebogen 653E telescopic crawler crane from UK distributor AGD Equipment.
The new crane, fitted with a Stage V engine, has a 30.4 metre four section main boom. Additional features include the companies Maxcab climate controlled operator's cab and 'virtual wall' system which allows operators to set boom extension and slewing restrictions. The crane went straight out on its first job in Wimbledon.
Fussey Piling’s managing director, Graham Hall, said: “As a group we have purchased six Sennebogen cranes over the last 15 years. We have found the cranes safe, reliable and operate smoothly throughout their operating envelope. Our first two sheet piling cranes were 40 tonne machines and the last three were the slightly larger - 50 tonners all with telescopic booms.”
Jon Phipps, AGD sales manager, added: “We are delighted to have sold Fussey Piling another Sennebogen 653E to add to their fleet, it is the perfect crane for their business.”
Established in 1972, Fussey Piling is based in Kingham, Oxfordshire, with a second location in North Killingholme, near Grimsby, which is shared with sister company Fussey Engineering.
