US based rental company Able Equipment has appointed industry veteran Robert Veshosky as vice president of sales. He joins the company from Herc Rentals, where he has been a regional vice president for the past five and half years.
He began his rental career as a regional vice president with Charlotte based Sunbelt Rentals in 1984, leaving in 2001 to join WashAir, a Washington DC based air compressor rental company, as a vice president. Five years later he left the company for United Rentals where he was appointed a regional vice president. In late 2011 he moved to ECM - Energy Construction Management - rentals where he established an Ohio operation, leaving Herc Rentals in 2015 shortly after ECM’s assets were acquired by Sunbelt.
Able’s chief operating officer Chris Pera said: "Bob brings to Able Equipment a diversified industry background where he managed various sales functions, at companies both large and small. His emphasis on developing and coaching key talent together with a strong focus on team building will bolster Able’s revenue and profitability as our company continues to expand."
